Payment

• Participants are advised to pay the registration fee by online credit card via the registration system.

Important Notes for Registration

• Registration fee is suggested to be paid by credit card via the registration system.

• Each paper should have at least one full registration, and the early bird registration date is ~~September 20~~October 15, 2022.

• One full registration can register at most 5 papers (four extra paper). (2022/10/07).

• Student registration needs the scan of Student ID to be sent to Dai-yi@nkust.edu.tw

• Please indicate your “paper ID” in e-mail title for Covid-19 protection plan and best student paper award.

• Student registration fee is an extra fee based on one full registration. 每一篇文章需要以作者【Author (CIAE member) 或 Author (No-CIAE member)】的身份註冊一次後，方可上傳最終文章。

• Each paper needs to be indicated to at least one full registration before October 15, 2022; otherwise, the paper will be removed from the program and proceedings.

• For Virtual Meeting registration, it is for on-line presentation only, without Registration package (Proceedings USB, etc.).

• Since the host and organizing university of Automation 2022 has chosen to host conference in-person, registration in the virtul method will be cancelled. (2022/10/06)

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Notification of cancellation and request for refunds must be sent in writing to the conference secretariat.
