Final Paper Submission Rules

Please make sure you complete all the steps for the final manuscript submission before the deadline (15 October 2022).

Authors of full papers are required to follow all the steps (Details such as Final Paper Submission Process).

Authors must adhere to the Conference written paper format.

The author must submit the final version of manuscript.

Before submitting the final version, authors are expected to revise their paper taking into account the feedback from the reviewers.

At least one of the authors listed on the paper must be registered for the conference before the final manuscript is uploaded.

Only the papers which completed paid Conference Registration and final submissions process, and sign the Copyright Form, will be included in the conference proceedings.

The Copyright should be submitted from submission system. You should go to the submission page of your paper, select the "Upload/Update Copyright Form" button and follow the instructions.

Final Paper Submission Process

1. Preparation of Your Final Abstract

• Automation 2022 provides a Abstract paper templates in MS Word format. Please use it to create your Abstract paper, but don't modify the style nor the format under any circumstances.

2. Preparation of Your Final Manuscript

• Automation 2022 provides a Full paper templates in MS Word format. Please use it to create your Abstract paper, but don't modify the style nor the format under any circumstances.

• Full paper no less than 3 pages and no greater than 6 pages of conference format must be submitted.

• Accepted papers that complete all steps will be included the conference proceedings.

3. Compress your Final Manuscript and Final Abstract

• Please compress the final manuscript (in .pdf format) and final abstract (in .pdf format) into a zip format.

• If you don't have compression software, you could use ezyZip to compress files online.

4. Registration

• At least one author of all accepted papers should make a regular registration for the paper to be included in the final program and the conference proceedings no later than October 15, 2022.

• One full registration can register at most 5 papers (four extra paper). (2022/10/07)

• Student registration fee is an extra fee based on one full registration. 每一篇文章需要以作者【Author (CIAE member) 或 Author (No-CIAE member)】的身份註冊一次後，方可上傳最終文章。

5. Submission of Final Manuscript and Final Abstract

• Please compress the final manuscript (in .pdf format) and final abstract (in .pdf format) into a zip format, and upload it to the submission system.

6. Submission of Copyright Form

• Please download the Copyright Form, and sign it, and upload it to the submission system.
