How to arrive?

1. Kaohsiung International Airport
  •      Taxi à It takes about 30 minutes by car from Kaohsiung International Airport to the Gardenvilla.
  •      MRT à Take the red line from KaoTaxihsiung International Airport Station (R4) to Ecological Park Station (R15) Exit 1 and walk for about 10 minutes to reach the Gardenvilla.
2. THSR, Zuoying Station
  •      Taxi à It takes about 5 minutes by car from Exit 4 to the Gardenvilla.
  •      MRT à Take the red line from Zuoying Station (R16) to Ecological Park Station (R15) Exit 1 and walk for about 10 minutes to reach the Gardenvilla.
3. MRT, Ecological District Station (R15)
  •      Taxi à It takes about 3 minutes by car to the Gardenvilla.
  •      Walk à Walk for about 10 minutes to reach the Gardenvilla.

Meinong Hakka Museum

  Founded in 2001, the Meinong Hakka Museum has taken up the important mission of preserving and passing on Hakka Culture and history, and revealing the diversity of Meinong's history and culture. Its architectural style, which makes use of Tabaco Building and compound design is plain and rustic. Visitors are provided with rich information on Hakka life and culture through the display space on the second floor, which relates the face of Hakka culture in Meinong and gives an in-depth understanding of the interactive relationship between the nature of a people and its environment presented in these exhibitions.

Meinong Fork Village

  Meinong is a small city in southern Taiwan extremely rich in Hakka cultural character and unsophisticated customs, famous for the beauty of its ruins and scenery. Meinong Folk Village completely preserves Hakka culture, and combines it with the finest local industries, introducing Meinong's culture and geography, way of life and rich travel content. You can also appreciate and make traditional oil-paper umbrellas, as well as ceramic hand-made pottery, and there's also a restaurant which serves traditional Hakka cuisine, Meinong's local specialties and local Hakka snacks.
